PURPOSE: A sterilizing apparatus for handpieces is provided to prevent the deformation of handpieces by using low temperature plasma gas, and to reduce the sterilizing time remarkably. CONSTITUTION: A sterilizing apparatus for handpieces comprises a main body(101), and a sealed type chamber(103). The chamber comprises a holder(103), and a mounting unit(110) formed attachably/detachably. The mounting unit comprises: a cylinder set part； a hooking groove attached and detached to the mounting unit； a plurality of exhaust pipes in which handpieces are inserted, projected in circumference of lower plane of the mounting unit and exhausting specific medium which is flowed in； and supply pipes for supplying the medium to the exhaust pipes. A first nozzle and a second nozzle are formed on the bottom of the chamber.본 발명은 밀폐된 챔버 내에 복수개의 핸드피스를 용이하게 투입 및 인출이 가능하도록 하고, 챔버 내에 투입된 핸드피스를 저온 플라즈마 가스를 이용하여 상온에서 멸균 처리함은 물론, 물세척이나 오일 세척이 선택적으로 수행될 수 있도록 함으로써, 완벽한 멸균 및 세척과 동시에 상온 소독에 따른 핸드피스의 변형을 방지하고 멸균시간을 크게 단축할 수 있는 핸드피스 소독 멸균장치에 관한 것으로, 원통형의 본체, 밀폐형 챔버, 거치대로 구성되고, 상기 거치대에 탈착 가능하도록 형성되는 장착부를 포함하는 핸드피스 멸균장치에 있어서, 상기 챔버 저면에는 제1노즐 및 제2노즐을 더 형성하고； 상기 장착부의 공급관에 형성된 제1공급공에는 오일을 공급하는 오일공급장치와, 공기를 공급하는 에어공급장치를 연결하며； 상기 제1노즐 및 제2노즐과 상기 공급관의 제2공급공에는 저온 플라즈마 가스를 공급하는 저온 플라즈마 발생기와, 공기를 공급하는 에어공급장치와, 물을 공급하는 물 공급장치를 연결하고； 상기 챔버에는 챔버 내의 공기를 외부로 배기하여 챔버 내부를 진공 감압상태로 유지하거나 챔버 내부의 공기를 순환시키는 진공펌프를 더 연결하여 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
