Disclosed is a fat separating apparatus. The fat separating apparatus in the present invention comprises: a main body of a container which is equipped with a cover detachable to a fat storage container and the fat storage container where the fat is stored a moisture filter part which is located on the bottom end part of the fat storage container and filters out the moisture from fat injected through the cover and a moisture discharging guide tube which is combined to a moisture filter part and guides the moisture filtered from the moisture filter part to be elevated toward the cover.
