The invention relates to a programmable and multilevel fragrance releaser. Primarily, a housing of the fragrance releaser is provided with a plurality of receiving slots. Each receiving slot can be received with fragrance substances having different fragrance or unilateral essential oil and arranged with a switch valve. Each switch valve is used to control the dissipation of the fragrance. Furthermore, each receiving slot is disposed with a plurality of light emitting sources, and the housing is provided with a control unit and a power source therein. The control unit is connected with the power source, the switch valves and the light emitting sources to control the actuation of the switch valves and the light emitting sources. Accordingly, it can not only be provided for a user to wear thereon or being fixed to a preset position but also be operated or started under a manual mode or a remote control mode. Moreover, it can be set with various situational modes.
