PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high-precision double-stage pattern matching (double-stage collation) even if the tomographic images of a present three-dimensional image are less in number than the three-dimensional reference image when positioning a patient under radiation therapy.SOLUTION: The image collator has a collating part 22 to collate the three-dimensional reference image with a present three-dimensional image, and calculate the body position or posture correction quantities necessary for an affected bodily part on the present image to match that on the reference image.
