The support base (110) defines a cavity (116) therein configured for receipt of the jaw liner (130). The elongated plate (160) is configured to be seated in the cavity (116) of the support base (110) adjacent the jaw liner (130) to secure the jaw liner (130) relative to the support base (110) .
