PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning head in which a material to be cleaned is submerged or flooded with spraying cleaning liquid, even if increased in the layer thickness in the cleaning, and is cleaned, and thereby incomplete cleaning or cleaning unevenness is eliminated.SOLUTION: A cleaning head 11 includes: a head body 12 connected to a device for supplying a cleaning liquid, and sucking and collecting the cleaned liquid； and I a spray/suction body 14 comprising a plate-like member 15 mounted in this head body and having a predetermined size. The spray/suction body 14 is configured as follows: multiple pieces of outer circumference brushes having the length of tips coming in press-contact with a material to be cleaned are bristled at predetermined gaps to form an outer circumference brush fence 16F, in an outer circumferential edge part of the plate-like member 15； a spraying nozzle 13 of the length of the tips coming in contact with the material to be cleaned is positioned in this outer circumference brush fence 16F； multiple suction holes 17 and cleaning brushes 18 for sucking and collecting the cleaned liquid are arranged around this spraying nozzle 13； the suction holes 17 are bored in the plate-like member 15； and the cleaning brushes 18 are formed of a cylindrical body having openings at both ends and the hollow in the inside, and are set up to the plate-like member 15 at a predetermined height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】洗浄時に被洗浄物が層厚になっても噴霧洗浄液で浸又は冠水させて洗浄して不完全洗浄乃至洗浄ムラを無くした洗浄ヘッドを提供する。【解決手段】洗浄ヘッド１１は、洗浄液を供給及び洗浄済液を吸引・回収する装置に接続されるヘッド本体１２と、このヘッド本体に装着される所定大きさの板状体１５からなる噴霧・吸引体１４を備えている。噴霧・吸引体１４は、板状体１５の外周エッジ部に、先端が被洗浄物に押し当たる長さの外周ブラシ複数本が所定の隙間をあけて林立されて外周ブラシ柵１６Ｆが形成され、この外周ブラシ柵１６F内に先端が被洗浄物に接触する長さの噴霧ノズル１３が位置され、この噴霧ノズル１３の周辺に洗浄済液を吸引・回収する複数の吸引孔１７及び洗浄ブラシ１８が配設され、吸引孔１７は板状体１５に穿設され、洗浄ブラシ１８は、両端に開口及び内部部が中空の筒状体で形成され、板状体１５に所定高さで立設されている。【選択図】図４
