The removable water-dispersible pressure-sensitive adhesive composition according to the present invention forms a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having an initial curl height of not less than 20 mm as determined by a curl test, and a difference in curl height of not more than 10 mm as determined by the curl test.
