A shampoo composition comprising at least one oligoester ammonium saltThe present invention relates inter alia to shampoo compositions comprising an oligoester ammonium salt (OAS) and a cosmetically component (F), where the OAS is obtained by:(i) heating a mixture of the following components (a) to (d) under continuously removing of reaction water: (a) a certain a diethanolamine compound (b) a certain dicarboxylic acid (c) a certain organic triol and a monocarboxylic acid of formula R1—COON (d), wherein R1 is linear or branched C12-C24-alkyl(ii) reacting the oligoester of step (i) with a quarternization agent.
