In one aspect, the invention provides a nasal delivery device for deliveringan aerosolizedtreatment agent to a subject, the device comprising: a nasal prong having anopening at a topand bottom portion of the prong to allow for the passage of the aerosolizedtreatment agentthrough the nasal prong, the opening at the top portion of the nasal pronggenerally defining adelivery axis of the aerosolized treatment agent along a longitudinal axis ofthe nasal prong, atleast a portion of the nasal prong being configured to be received into anostril of the subject；and an alignment device for aligning the delivery axis of the aerosolizedtreatment agent witha nasal airway of the subject, the alignment device comprising a light sourceconfigured todirect light into the nostril of the subject along the delivery axis tofacilitate alignment of thedelivery axis of the aerosolized treatment agent with the nasal airway of thesubject.
