PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the stable holding of a suction member protruding from a vessel body and the accurate setting of the degree of the protrusion by holding a suction member protruding from the vessel body by means of a swinging and rotating cap body.
SOLUTION: The suction member 27 which is pulled out of the vessel body 1 with a stored chemical solution in a state that a lower portion is immersed in the chemical solution is latched to and held by a crossbar-like holding piece 25 having a locking piece 26 protrusively provided on a top surface, immediately below the top wall 13 of an opening/closing and swinging lid 12 of the cap body 3. Thus, the suction member 27 can be firmly, surely and easily attached to the lid 12.
