The discharge unit comprises a case which is formed with inlet ports, a first electrode board, a short-resistant board, a second electrode board, a first electrode, and a second electrode.본 발명은 구강 상처 치유 효과가 있는 가글액 제조기에 대한 것으로서, 물이 수용되는 수용공간이 내부에 마련된 수용용기와, 수용공간의 바닥면에 설치되며, 수용공간 내에 수용된 물을 수중 방전시키는 방전부, 방전부에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부를 구비한다. 본 발명에 따른 구강 상처 치유 효과가 있는 가글액 제조기는 서로 크기가 다른 관통구들이 형성된 방전판들이 적층되고, 관통구들을 통해 관통되게 삽입되되, 각 방전판에 개별적으로 접속할 수 있도록 접속대상 관통구의 크기에 대응되는 반경을 갖는 전극봉을 구비하므로 방전판들의 설치위치에 상관없이 간단하게 조립이 가능하므로 제작하는 데 소요되는 시간과 노력을 절약할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
