The present invention provides an agent capable of inhibiting MMP-2 specifically. Disclosed is a fusion molecule composed of a ²-amyloid precursor protein molecule-derived domain having an activity of selectively inhibiting matrix metalloproteinase-2 and a tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase capable of binding to latent matrix metalloproteinase.
