PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise generated by the peculiar vibration frequency of a heat-radiating member and its high-order harmonic, without suppressing a heat radiation effect.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe comprises: an acoustic element 20 which generates ultrasonic waves and detects ultrasonic waves a support body 31 which supports the acoustic element 20 on the opposite side from an analyte side and a heat radiating material 33 provided on the opposite of the support body 31 from the acoustic element 20. An attenuation and heat conduction material 32 made of an attenuation material containing heat conductive material is provided in contact with a heat radiating material 33. The attenuation and heat conduction material 32 attenuates ultrasonic waves to reduce noise and never inhibits heat conduction from a reinforcement material 31 to the heat radiating material 33 because the material 32 is provided with heat conduction property.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】放熱効果を抑制することなく、放熱を行う部材の固有振動周波数とその高次高調波によって発生するノイズを低減する。【解決手段】超音波を発生させると共に超音波を検出する音響素子20と、音響素子20を被検査物側とは逆側で支持する支持体31と、支持体31の音響素子20とは逆側に設けられた放熱材33とを備え、熱伝導性材料を含んだ減衰材からなる減衰・熱伝導材32が放熱材33に接して設けられている。 減衰・熱伝導材32は、超音波を減衰させてノイズの低減を図り、熱伝導性も備えるので、補強材31から放熱材33への熱伝導を阻害しない。【選択図】図3
