The present invention relates to a customized artificial temporomandibular joint unit. A customized artificial temporomandibular joint unit according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a first plate which is mounted along a lower line of the lower jawbone constituting the temporomandibular joint, and defines an outwardly open insertion hole； a second plate which is mounted on the articular bone constituting the temporomandibular joint together with the lower jawbone； and a main prosthesis which is detachably coupled to the first plate without a separate fastening means by being press-fit into the insertion hole while approaching the first plate, and which is disposed in a customized manner at a facing surface position facing the second plate.La présente invention concerne une unité d'articulation temporo-mandibulaire artificielle personnalisée. Une unité d'articulation temporo-mandibulaire artificielle personnalisée selon la présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : une première plaque qui est montée le long d'une ligne inférieure de la mâchoire inférieure constituant l'articulation temporo-mandibulaire et délimite un trou d'insertion ouvert vers l'extérieur ； une seconde plaque qui est montée sur l'os articulaire constituant l'articulation temporo-mandibulaire conjointement avec la mâchoire inférieure ； et une prothèse principale qui est accouplée amovible à la première plaque sans moyen de fixation séparé en étant ajustée par pression dans le trou d'insertion tout en s'approchant de la première plaque et qui est disposée de manière personnalisée au niveau d'une position de surface en regard faisant face à la seconde plaque.본 발명은 맞춤형 인공 턱관절 유닛에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 맞춤형 인공 턱관절 유닛은, 턱관절을 이루는 아래턱뼈의 하부 라인을 따라 설치되고, 외측으로 트인 삽입홈이 형성되어 있는 제1플레이트； 상기 아래턱뼈와 함께 턱관절을 형성시키는 관자뼈에 설치되는 제2플레이트； 및 상기 제1플레이트 측으로 접근되는 과정에서 상기 삽입홈에 억지끼움 됨으로써, 별도의 체결수단 없이도 상기 제1플레이트에 착탈 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 제2플레이트와 대향하는 대향면 위치에 맞춤형으로 배치되는 메인 보형물；을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
