A preserving method of growth factors derived from platelets, comprisingthe steps of: (a) obtaining a blood sample including platelets with growthfactors contained therein to be preserved； (b) releasing the growth factorsfromthe platelets； (c) filtering out the released growth factors； (d) preservingthefiltered growth factors； whereby the growth factors are preserved for extendedperiod of time.
