PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problems that, while there are assisting machines utilizing a lift or a crane for a life assisting tool and for care for a physically handicapped person such as an elderly and a sick person from before and a hoisting process is easier as a machine height is higher in the case of caring a care receiver, it is difficult to go in and out through a doorway or the like in an ordinary house when it is high, and hoisting cannot be performed to a hoisting height even though it gets through the doorway or the like when it is low.SOLUTION: A special trolley is freely horizontally movably attached to a double-housing type frame comprising a pair of columns 2 and a rail 1 disposed between upper ends of the columns, each column is in an A-shaped structure in order to secure stability, and free wheels are attached to toes of the columns respectively so that the entire carriage is freely movable.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来より、お年寄りや病人など体の不自由な人向けの生活補助具としてまた介護用としてリフトやクレーンを利用した補助機械がある。被介護人を介護する場合、機高が高いほど吊り上げ行程が楽であるが、高ければ出入口等の出入りが普通の家庭では難しい、と言って低ければ出入口等は通っても吊り上げる高さに吊り上らない。【解決手段】一対の支柱2と支柱の上端間に架設したレール1からなる門型フレームに特殊トロリーを水平移動自在に取り付け、各々の支柱は安定を確保するためにA型の構造をしており、支柱の足先にはそれぞれ自由車輪が取り付けられており、台車全体を自由に移動させることができる介護用リフト付台車。【選択図】 図1
