The present invention relates to a body insertion type electrocardiogram sensor and an electrocardiogram data transmitting system using the same. Specifically, the body insertion type electrocardiogram sensor includes: an internal electrode which senses a biological signal by being inserted into a body for measuring an electrocardiogram a signal processing module which measures, amplifies, and filters a signal sensed by the internal electrode a microcontroller which processes a signal transmitted from the signal processing module as electrocardiogram data by calculating and converting the signal and controls a transmission of the processed electrocardiogram data and a wireless transmission module which wirelessly transmits electrocardiogram data transmitted from the microcontroller to an external receiver. The body insertion type electrocardiogram sensor and the system to wirelessly transmit electrocardiogram data to a central server are able to increase unrestraint properties of the body insertion sensor and stably enable a real-time electrocardiogram data transmission by using the body insertion type electrocardiogram sensor which includes: the internal electrode the signal processing module including a single-power calculation amplifier the microcontroller comprising ATTiny 10-based flash memory (1024 bytes), SRAM (32 bytes), ADC (8 bit, 4 channel), and a timer (16 bit) and the wireless transmission module formed with a wireless transmission chip of Max7044.
