PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition that is excellent in activity of digestive enzyme such as protease and amylase.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an oral composition containing a digestive enzyme and at least one, which is different from the digestive enzyme, selected from a processed material of fruit or a fruit flavor, saccharide or lactic acid bacterium. In said oral composition, it is preferable that the fruit ingredient is at least one processed material selected from pineapple, strawberry, mango, apple and melon, and the saccharide is lactose or reduced maltose.
