PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a countermeasure to contamination by a radioactive material by nuclear experiments, and accidents at an atomic power plant, a scarce state of iron content in the ocean, a bad effect to the environment of a coating material for a ship bottom or the like because when a fossil fuel of petroleum and coal is used as a main energy source continuously, environmental contamination is spread, and a large effect may be imparted to economic society.SOLUTION: A useful metal element is used, thereby the environment is protected. It is proposed that addition of cerium oxide to the exhaust gas of passenger cars, diesel engines, and fossil fuel combustion chambers is performed, radioactive material after incineration is sealed with clay in the Earth's crust, dispersion of iron nitrate powder to ocean water is performed, and a titanium oxide powder is used as a ship bottom coating material.【課題】石油・石炭の化石燃料を主エネルギー源をして使い続けると、環境汚染が広がり、経済社会に甚大な影響を与えかねない。そこで、核実験、原子力発電所の事故による放射性物質による汚染、海洋における鉄分の欠乏、船底用塗料の環境への悪影響等への対策、を提供する。【解決手段】有用な金属元素を利用することにより、環境を保護する。乗用車・ディーゼルエンジン・化石燃料燃焼室の排気には、酸化セリウムの添加、放射性物質の焼却後物の地殻中での粘土による密閉、海洋水への硝酸鉄粉の散布、船底塗料への酸化チタン粉の利用を提案する。【選択図】なし
