The present invention relates to a composite powder of fermented Scutellaria root and gastrodia, which is produced by the following steps: fermenting Scutellaria root using microorganism and natural enzyme； producing fermented Scutellaria root after undergoing aging and drying processes； mixing the fermented Scutellaria root with gastrodia, dried orange peel, pueraria, and ginseng； and extracting the same with a solvent, concentrating the same, and spray-drying the same. According to the present invention, the content of active components increases in the fermented Scutellaria root and the composite powder extract of the fermented Scutellaria root and gastrodia, and antioxidant activity against active oxygen is enhanced as well. Thus, the composite powder extract of the present invention exhibits excellent efficacy of preventing and ameliorating hyperlipidemia, arteriosclerosis, cerebrovascular disease, and cranial nerve disease and also improving memory as well.본 발명은 미생물 및 천연효소를 이용하여 황금을 발효시킨 후 숙성 및 건조과정을 거쳐 발효황금을 제조한 다음, 발효황금에 천마, 진피, 갈근 및 인삼 등을 배합하여 용매로 추출, 농축, 분무 건조하여 제조한 발효황금 천마복합 분말에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 발효황금 및 발효황금 천마 복합 추출 분말은 유효 성분의 함량이 크게 증가하였으며, 또한, 활성산소에 대한 항산화 활성도 증강되어 고지혈증, 동맥경화, 뇌혈관 질환, 기억력 개선, 뇌신경질환의 예방 및 개선에 우수한 효능을 나타낼 수 있다.
