PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument for scope-assisted surgery, including a function of temporarily storing liquid (a first function), a function of securing the physical space and visual field for the surgery (a second function) and a function of protecting internal organs (a third function) and an insertion device for inserting the same into a human body.SOLUTION: The surgical instrument for the scope-assisted surgery is an inter-organ spacer (10) including a liquid holding means (1) made of a porous soft material with a prescribed liquid separating capability (40-100%), a prescribed durability (15-40 N) and indirect liquid absorbency.
