The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mask combined with earmuffs, wherein a mask and earmuffs are combined integrally to make a user readily wear the same； an application cover can be removed from an application frame to make washing ready； earmuffs portions are folded to make a user conveniently store and carry the same； and position of the earmuffs can be adjusted to enable anyone to make the earmuffs fit to the size of the face and wear the same. For the purpose, the mask of the present invention comprises: an application frame portion having a face frame made from an elastic material to cross over the nasal bridge and cover the face and ear cover portions extending from the face frame and composed of caps for covering ears； and an application cover where a mask portion covering a nose, a mouth and a chin, and earmuffs portions covering ears are formed integrally, wherein ear cover accommodation portions which accommodate the ear cover portions are arranged at both sides of the rear side and a coupling portion which accommodates the face frame to maintain a shape of the mask is arranged along the upper edge between the ear cover accommodation portions, wherein the face frame has a coupling hole perforated in the middle thereof； the inside of the coupling portion of the application cover has a coupling protrusion corresponding to the coupling hole to make the face frame joined to the application cover to be able to be detached； the ear cover portions have clamp protrusions formed at predetermined intervals on the circumference and are configured to be joined to the end portion of the face frame to be able to rotate, thereby being folded parallel to the face frame while not worn； the face frame is inserted into the clamp protrusions to be able to slide； and the end portion of the face frame has a protrusion which engages with any one of the clamp protrusions to change the position of the ear cover portion backward or forward from the face frame.본 발명
