A Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) device comprises: a tool part, an operating part, a detecting unit, a signal processing module, a control module and an alert module. The operating part is used to control the tool part to operate. The detecting unit is furnished at the tool part end is electrically connecting with the signal processing module. The control module is electrically connecting with the signal processing module. The alert module is located at the operating part. The detecting unit transforms the data of contacting status of the tool part into an electronic signal which is transmitted by the signal processing module to the control module.
