PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound device capable of contributing to suppression of wiring resistance while enhancing arrangement density of ultrasonic transducer elements.SOLUTION: An ultrasound device has a substrate 21 which forms base layers 52 of vibration films 41 on each of openings 53 disposed in an array. Wiring layers 27 of conductors are formed on the base layers 52. Insulation films 24 are formed on the wiring layers 27. The insulation films 24 form lamination structures toward the base layers 52 and form the vibration films 41 together with the base layers 52.
