The reservoir comprises about 40% to about 70% hair styling formulation and about 30% to about 60% dimethyl ether propellant. The hair styling formulation comprises water, one or more hair styling polymers, and about 0.05% to about 2% alcohol. The spray device is attached to the container. The spray device includes a valve 130, the valve includes a valve housing 140, the valve housing includes a steam tap 160, and the steam tap includes a steam tap region.
