PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat composition containing nicotinic acid amide at a high concentration.SOLUTION: In the oil and fat composition containing 1,000-20,000 ppm of the nicotinic acid amide, and having a hydroxyl value of 9-100 mg-KOH/g, the content C (ppm) of the nicotinic acid amide and the hydroxyl value X (mg-KOH/g) satisfy the relationship represented by the following formula (1): [Ln(C/850)]/X≤0.038 (wherein Ln is a natural logarithm) (1).
