PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article excellent in sweat absorption property and leakage prevention property.SOLUTION: A sweat absorption sheet 10 has a configuration in which a hydrophilicity agent is partially adhered to a nonwoven fabric formed of fibers containing a hydrophobic resin, and partially has hydrophilic property. In plan view of the sweat absorption sheet 10, there are plural hydrophilic parts 11 to which the hydrophilicity agent is adhered, and on a surrounding of each of the plural hydrophilic parts 11, there is a hydrophobic part 12 to which no hydrophilicity agent is adhered. The sweat absorption sheet 10 is arranged on a surface material non-existence area which does not overlap to the surface material when an absorbent article is extended and projected in a thickness direction. The sweat absorption sheet 10 is arranged closest to a skin of a wearer, or is overlapped to a non-skin facing surface of the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric which is arranged closest to a skin of a wearer in the surface material non-existence area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】吸汗性及び防漏性に優れる吸収性物品を提供すること。【解決手段】吸汗性シート10は、疎水性樹脂を含む繊維からなる不織布に親水化剤が部分的に付着した構成を有するもので、部分的に親水性を有している。吸汗性シート10の平面視において、前記親水化剤が付着した親水部11が複数散在し、その複数の親水部11それぞれの周囲に、該親水化剤が付着していない疎水部12が存している。吸汗性シート10は、吸収性物品を展開して厚み方向に投影した際に表面材と重ならない、表面材非存在領域に配される。吸汗性シート10は、前記表面材非存在領域において、着用者の肌の最も近くに配されるか、又は着用者の肌の最も近くに配される親水性不織布の非肌対向面に重ねて配される。【選択図】図5
