The present invention relates to a structure for a dental correction bone nail. The main structure comprises a bone nail body, at least one threaded portion formed on the bone nail body, a locking platform formed at one end of the threaded portion, and at least one recess formed in the a platform side recess of the side wall of the locking platform, a neck formed on the end surface of the locking platform facing away from the threaded portion, and an annular hook portion formed at one end of the neck portion. With the above structure, the tool is first set on the locking platform to lock the threaded portion of the bone nail body into the gum box, and after the fixing action is completed, the correcting steel wire can be inserted into the platform side concave portion, or wrapped around the neck to fit the ring. The shape of the hook portion of the hook is not limited, and the ratio of the nail body to the gums can be reduced, and the user's operation convenience and the patient's discomfort can be reduced.本新型為有關一種牙科矯正骨釘之結構,主要結構包括一骨釘本體、至少一形成於該骨釘本體上之螺紋部、一形成於該螺紋部一端之鎖固平台、至少一凹陷形成於該鎖固平台側壁之平台側凹部、一形成於該鎖固平台背離該螺紋部之端面上的頸部、及一形成於該頸部一端之環狀卡勾部。藉上述結構,先用工具套設於鎖固平台,以將骨釘本體的螺紋部鎖入牙床,完成固定動作後即可將矯正用鋼絲套入平台側凹部,或纏繞於頸部以配合環狀卡勾部進行限位,如此不但可無方向性的進行固定,也可減少骨釘本體裸露於牙床的比例,而增加使用者操作便利性、及降低患者不適感覺。
