A degree of VHV and tricuspid valve regurgitation is determined. It is followed by the analysis for the presence of VHV stenosis, including its branches with implementing a peak pressure gradient between the RV and the pulmonary artery and between the VHV trunk and pulmonary artery branches of the SCG, respectively the analysis results are expressed in a certain number of points. The derived points are summed If total score is more than four, urgent surgical VHV replacement is considered to be needed. If total score occurs to fall within the range of two to four, the additional ECG is conducted, and the additional points are added by the derived electrocardiogram results. Thereafter, the points obtained at all the stages of assessment are summed, and if total score exceeds four, urgent surgical VHV replacement is considered to be needed.
