PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus which can easily be embedded.SOLUTION: The medical apparatus is constituted by including a long-sized lead 2 which is embedded in a living body, an interface section 4 which is installed on the distal end of the lead 2 and by which a signal is transmitted with the living body or an external device, a body section 1 which is connected with the lead 2 and is embedded in the living body, and a lead holding member 3 which holds a part of the lead 2 under a wound shape.
