A tomography apparatus includes: a control unit which estimates a plurality of point spread functions (PSFs) corresponding to a plurality of positions in a gantry, respectively； and an image processing unit which performs de-blurring of projection data for an object based on PSF corresponding to the position of the object. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce blurring artifacts generated when a tomographic image is reconstructed.
