PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental implant which can give a degree of freedom to design of the attachment device of the dental prosthesis by making the external form of the fitting part of the attachment device of the dental prosthesis of the abutment narrow.SOLUTION: The structure of the dental implant consists of a dental implant fixture 1 having a central hole 1c with an internal thread section 1a of big inside diameter in the oral cavity inner side of an engaging hole 1b an abutment 2 in which a cylindrical section 2b which continues to an engaging part 2a inserted in and engaging with an engaging hole 1b of the bottom end, and of which oral cavity inner side end is located in the central hole 1c and provided with a pillar section 2c which is the fitting part of the attachment device of the dental prosthesis, projecting in the oral cavity inner side of the fixture 1 of smaller diameter than outer diameter of cylindrical section 2b and an abutment fixing member 3 in which the through hole 3b is externally inserted in the pillar section 2c and move, and an external thread section 3a is threadedly engaged with the internal thread section 1a, abutment 2 being pressed from the oral cavity inner side in a through-hole 3b, and the top surface 3d is in the same surface as the oral cavity inner side top surface of fixture 1.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】アバットメントの歯科用補綴物の固定装置の取付部分の外形を細くして歯科用補綴物の固定装置の設計に自由度を与えることが可能な歯科用インプラントを提供する。【解決手段】歯科用インプラントを、係合穴1bの口腔内側にその内径が大きい雌ネジ部1aを設けた中央穴1cを有する歯科用インプラントフィクスチャー1と、下端の係合穴1bに挿入係合される係合部2aに続いてその口腔内側端部が中央穴1c内に位置する円筒状部2bと円筒状部2bの外径よりその径が小さくフィクスチャー1の口腔内側に突出して歯科用補綴物の固定装置の取付部分となる柱部2cを設けたアバットメント2と、柱部2cに貫通穴3bを外嵌されて移動してきて雌ネジ部1aに雄ネジ部3aが螺合されて貫通穴3bでアバットメント2を口腔内側から押圧し且つその上面3dがフィクスチャー1の口腔内側上面と同一面を成すアバットメント固定部材3とから成る構造にする。【選択図】図5
