A cell storage container comprises: a storage tube having an open end and an accommodating space, wherein the open end is provided with a connection interface； a plug member, wherein one end of the plug member is tightly assembled to the connection interface, and the other end of the plug member protrudes from the storage tube and forms a pin portion； a cover body correspondingly disposed on the open end, a through hole is arranged on one side of the cover body, and the pin portion penetrates through the through hole； and a plug cover detachably disposed on the cover body. The present invention sequentially arranges the plug member, the cover body and the plug cover through the storage tube, so that the accommodating space is in a tightly sealed condition. The plug cover is detachable from the cover body, which makes it easy for a user to insert the pin, so that the cell sample is in a confined space during the sampling process, reducing the opportunities of being polluted.一種細胞儲存容器，其包含有：一儲存管，其具有一開口端及一容置空間，該開口端係具有一組接口；一塞件，其一端係緊密地組設於該組接口，而該塞件的另一端係凸出於該儲存管，並形成一插針部；一蓋體，其對應組設於該開口端，且該蓋體一側係穿設有一通孔，而該插針部穿設於該通孔；及一塞蓋，其係呈可拆分地設於該蓋體；其中，本發明透過該儲存管依序組設有該塞件、該蓋體及該塞蓋，俾使該容置空間呈密封狀態，又再利用該塞蓋能拆分於該蓋體，俾達便於使用者插針之用，使細胞樣本自採樣的過程皆處於密閉空間，減少污染的機會。
