The present invention provides a novel pharmaceutical composition of dimethyl fumarate salt. The pharmaceutical compositions of the invention are in the form of tablets and comprise one or more extended release polymeric matrices. A pharmaceutical composition is also provided in the form of a capsule comprising one or more tablets of the present invention.
