PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet capable of suppressing light reflection and improving slack of the skin, to provide a method for improving slack of the skin which method uses the sheet, and to provide an external preparation for skin which preparation conceals the adhesive sheet adhered on the skin and can suppress repelling of cosmetics.SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet is used for improving slack of the skin and has an adhesive layer containing one or more of an acrylic adhesive, a silicone-based adhesive and a urethane-based adhesive, on a resin sheet having &ge1.45 but &le1.55 refractive index. The external preparation for skin is used for concealing the adhesive sheet adhered on the skin and contains &ge5 wt.% but <50 wt.% silicone gel and/or powder having &ge75% total light transmittance and diffused transmittance, and contains &ge10 wt.% but &le95 wt.% oily component.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、光の反射を抑制すると共に、皮膚のたるみを改善することが可能な粘着シート及び該粘着シートを用いる皮膚のたるみの改善方法を提供することを目的とする。また、皮膚に貼られた粘着シートを隠蔽すると共に、化粧料のはじきを抑制することが可能な皮膚外用剤を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】粘着シートは、皮膚のたるみを改善するために用いられ、屈折率が1.45以上1.55以下である樹脂シート上に、アクリル系粘着剤、シリコーン系粘着剤及びウレタン系粘着剤の一種以上を含有する粘着層を有する。皮膚外用剤は、皮膚に貼られた粘着シートを隠蔽するために用いられ、シリコーンゲル及び/又は全光線透過率及び拡散透過率が75%以上である粉末を5重量%以上50重量%未満含有し、油性成分を10重量%以上95重量%以下含有する。【選択図】なし
