PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preparation that promotes the production of defensin, has antibacterial properties on bacteria, fungi, viruses and others in a skin, an oral cavity, a digestive organ and others, and is also useful for immunological enhancement and wound healing as well as the prevention or treatment of diseases that cause dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, inflammation, and a decreased angiogenic level.SOLUTION: A defensin production promoter and an antibacterial agent can be obtained by using one or more extract selected from Eisenia arborea Areschoug extract, black tea extract, clove extract, and Panax ginseng extract as an active ingredient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明の目的は、ディフェンシンの産生を促進し、皮膚、口腔や消化器等でのバクテリア、真菌、及びウィルスなどに対する抗菌性のみならず、免疫増強、皮膚炎、アトピー皮膚炎、創傷治癒、炎症、血管新生のレベルの低下をもたらす原因とする疾患の予防又は治療に対して有効な製剤を得ることにある。【解決手段】 サガラメの抽出物、紅茶の抽出物、チョウジの抽出物、オタネニンジンの抽出物より選ばれる1種又は2種以上の抽出物を有効成分とすることによって、ディフェンシン産生促進剤、抗菌剤を得ることができた。【選択図】図1
