PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation that promotes the production of defensin and cathelicidin, has antibacterial properties against bacteria, fungi, and virus in skin, an oral cavity and a digestive organ, and is useful for the prevention or treatment of a disease to be involved in immunological enhancement, dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, wound healing, inflammation, or a reduced level of angiogenesis.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a defensin production promoter, a cathelicidin production promoter, and an antibacterial agent, containing at least one or two extract selected from gardenia fruit extracts, as an active ingredient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明の目的は、ディフェンシンやカテリシジンの産生を促進し、皮膚、口腔や消化器等でのバクテリア、真菌、及びウィルスなどに対する抗菌性のみならず、免疫増強、皮膚炎、アトピー皮膚炎、創傷治癒、炎症、血管新生のレベルの低下をもたらす原因とする疾患の予防又は治療に対して有効な製剤を得ることにある。【解決手段】 クチナシの果実の抽出物より選ばれる1種又は2種以上の抽出物を有効成分とすることによって、ディフェンシン産生促進剤、カテリシジン産生促進剤、抗菌剤を得ることができた。【選択図】図1
