PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately reduce effects shallow part tissues and extract a signal of deep part tissues, especially when the deep part tissue is targeted for measurement in an optical measuring apparatus for a living body.SOLUTION: The apparatus disposes a reflector 203 having a mechanism for changing reflectance between a light source 201 and a detector 202, alternately measures two diverse states, being a normal state and a strengthened one where the level of the signals in the shallow part tissues 501 and 502 such as changes of skin blood flow included in the detected signals and extracts the signals of the deep part tissues 503 such as a brain signal from the differences.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】生体光計測装置において、特に深部組織を計測対象とする場合に、浅部組織での影響を低減して深部組織の信号を精度良く抽出する。【解決手段】光源201と検出器202との間に反射率を変化させる機構を有する反射体203を配置し、検出される信号に含まれる皮膚血流変化等の浅部組織501,502の信号の程度が通常の状態と強められた状態の異なる2状態を交互に計測し、それらの差分から脳信号等の深部組織503の信号を抽出する。【選択図】図4
