A lamp and planting complex system includes an lamp module, a planting module and a control module. The lamp module includes a lamppost and a lamp set. The planting module includes a tank, a first liquid pipe, a pump and a planting pot. The tank is disposed in the lamppost and adapted for storing liquid. The planting pot is disposed on the lamppost. The first liquid pipe extends from the tank to the planting pot. The pump is connected to the tank so as to deliver liquid in the tank to the planting pot via the first liquid pipe.
