The present invention relates to a land-based seaweed culturing apparatus which minimizes a space required for culture and supplies light periodically to enable seaweed with improved flavor to be cultured. The land-based seaweed culturing apparatus according to the present invention includes: a culturing water tank (110) in which seawater is contained； a light generation unit (120) which is disposed to be inclined at a predetermined angle to the culturing water tank (110) and generates light； and a seawater supply unit (130) which is provided above the culturing water tank (110) to spray seawater toward the light generation unit (120).
