PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-treating agent making all of the moist feeling of the hair, settlement up to the end of the hair, the softness of the hair and a good skid feeling on touching the hair well.SOLUTION: The hair-treating agent is provided by blending a cationic surfactant, cholesterol ester which is an ester of a fatty acid with the cholesterol, and pentaerythritol ester which is an ester of 4 molecules of the fatty acid with one molecule of the pentaerythritol.
