PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving properties of a cosmetic, by stably compounding liposome in the cosmetic containing a water-insoluble cosmetic pigment.SOLUTION: A cosmetic comprising following ingredients (A) to (B): (A) a pigment mixture containing a water-insoluble cosmetic pigment, phospholipid, and polyvinylpyrrolidone or a copolymer comprising vinylpyrrolidone and vinylacetate, and (B) a liposome dispersion, is provided.
