The invention relates to medicine and, specifically, to traumatology and reconstructive surgery of the spine. The vertebral endoprosthesis is in the form of a monoblock unit incorporating a rod in the form of a hollow parallelepiped perforated by through openings, one of the four sides of which parallelepiped is extended at both ends of the parallelepiped relative to the remaining three sides thereof and realizes the function of ventral half-plates, which are formed by the projecting ends of said rod with the extended side, to allow the possibility of securing the endoprosthesis to vertebral bodies adjacent to the resected sections with anti-migration screws. Furthermore, the through openings in the walls of the endoprosthesis have a six-sided shape with connectors therebetween which together form a hexagonal structure of the surface of the monoblock unit, while the extended wall has a greater thickness than the remaining walls of the parallelepiped, wherein two types of teeth are formed - blunt "spikes" or "fine whiskers", depending on the anatomical characteristics of the vertebrae adjacent to theresected sections. Said vertebral endoprosthesis is characterized by increased "transparency" of the walls of the parallelepiped and by a required rigidity of the walls.Linvention concerne la médecine, plus particulièrement la traumatologie et la chirurgie reconstructive de la colonne vertébrale. Lendoprothèse dune vertèbre a laspect dun monobloc regroupant une tige sous la forme dun parallélépipède perforé par des orifices traversants dont un des côtés est réalisé allongé des deux bouts du parallélépipède par rapport à ses trois autres côtés et remplit la fonction de demi-plaques ventrales formées par les extrémités en cantilever du côté allongé de la tige, afin dassurer la possibilité de fixation de la partie allongée de la tige, pour assurer la possibilité de fixation, au moyen de vis résistant à la migration, de lendoprothèse aux corps adjacents aux vertèbres réséquée
