An expandable assembly for insertion into an intervertebral space is presented. The assembly, has an elongate body having an upper portion and a lower portion, wherein the elongate body defines an internal longitudinal channel extending from a proximal opening to a threaded distal end. The assembly may include an expansion screw that is sized and shaped for insertion into the threaded distal end, thereby selectively expanding the upper portion away from the lower portion.La présente invention concerne un ensemble expansible pour insertion dans un espace intervertébral.
