PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio-tissue hardness tester capable of executing sterilization.SOLUTION: A bio-tissue hardness tester comprises: a main needle case 5 an auxiliary cylinder 6 that is integrated with this main needle case 5 when being attached to the main needle case 5 and slides up and down when being pressed against muscle 8 and a main needle 7 that is inserted into a center of this auxiliary cylinder 6 and moves upward when being pressed against the muscle 8. These main needle case 5, auxiliary cylinder 6 and main needle 7 are shaped so as to be detachable from a flange 4 installed to a central lower part of a body 1 equipped with an electronic component, and are formed of materials capable of executing sterilization treatment.
