PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a blood pressure measurement position before placement of a stent, after placement of the stent.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus (10) includes a position detecting part (46a), a cycle detecting part (46b), a phase checking part (46c) and a display part (46d). The position detecting part detects positions of a measurement device from time-oriented X-ray images after placement of a blood vessel treatment instrument after detecting the positions of the measurement device in a blood vessel respectively from the time-oriented X-ray images before placement of the blood vessel treatment instrument. The cycle detecting part detects cycles of change in positions of the measurement device with respect to the X-ray images before placement and the X-ray images after placement. The phase checking part coordinates the X-ray images before placement having the most approximate phase of change in positions of the measurement device to each of the X-ray images after placement. The display part superimposes information on the positions of the measurement device in the X-ray images before placement having the most approximate phase when displaying a plurality of X-ray images after displacement.
