PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intravascular image diagnostic apparatus which can display an intravascular section image from IVUS or OCT to assist the movement of a probe to an objective site with reduced burden on a subject, and an intravascular image diagnostic system.
SOLUTION: The intravascular image diagnostic apparatus comprises a memory 12, a three-dimensional image generator 18, an intravascular image generator 20, a location detector 24, and a display 28 wherein the memory 12 memorizes volume data about the blood vessel of a subject the three-dimensional image generator 18 is based on the volume data to generate three-dimensional image data about the blood vessel area including a constrictive site the intravascular image generator 20 is based on scan data from the ultrasonic probe of an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus or the OCT probe of a light interference tomographic apparatus to generate intravascular image data about the blood vessel the location detector 24 detects the location of the ultrasonic probe or the OCT probe and the display 28 is based on the detected location to coordinate the location of a mark showing in the three-dimensional image and then to display in arrangement with the intravascular image.
