PURPOSE: A composite of a leukotriene antagonist and epinastine is provided to ensure excellent elution rate and bioavailability, to suppress hypersensitivity of airway, and to prevent or treat bronchial asthma. CONSTITUTION: A composite contains leukotriene antagonist and epinastine as active ingredients. One or more of the active ingredients are formed in a pharmaceutical unit which has separate environment from the other active ingredient. The composite reduces eosinophils and suppresses hypersensitivity of airway. The pharmaceutical unit is formed in a coating powder, a granule, microgranule, a bead, a microcapsule, a pellet, or a core tablet.
