The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a preformed ceramic tooth restoration capable of facilitating try-in and immediate provisionalization by replacing a custom-made ceramic restoration, which is formed by all ceramic crown or porcelain laminate way in a dentistry or a factory, with alumina or zirconia preformed ceramic tooth restoration, and to a dental-veterinary preformed ceramic tooth restoration manufactured thereby. The preformed ceramic tooth restoration of the present invention can: reproduce a natural tooth shape； maintain restored form even after long term use； easily manufacture； reduce manufacturing costs； shorten treatment period through immediate modification or rework when performing procedure； lessen burden of a patient about treatment cost； prevent contamination and enhance adhesion； easily obtain size of tooth restoration and cementing location for each patient； and maintain high strength and toughness.본 발명은 치과 또는 기공소에서 세라믹 크라운(all ceramic crown) 또는 도재 라미네이트(porcelain laminate) 방식으로 제작하는 맞춤형 세라믹 치아수복물(custom-made ceramic restoration)을 알루미나 또는 지르코니아 소재의 기성형 세라믹 치아수복물로 대체하여 트라이-인(try-in) 및 즉시보철(immediate provisionalization)을 가능하게 하는 기성형 세라믹 치아수복물의 제조방법 및 이 방법으로 제조되는 치과용-수의과용 기성형 세라믹 치아수복물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 기성형 세라믹 치아수복물은 자연 치아의 형상을 그대로 재현할 수 있고 장기간 사용하여도 시술한 상태의 치아수복 형태를 그대로 유지할 수 있으며, 용이하게 제작이 가능하고 제조원가가 절감되며, 시술시 즉시 수정작업 또는 재작업을 통해 치료기간을 단축하고 치료비용에 대한 환자의 부담을 덜어주며, 오염방지와 접착력 향상을 꾀할 수 있고 환자별 치아수복물의 크기, 시멘팅 위치확보가 용이하며, 높은 강도와 인성의 유지가 가능하다.
