PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food storage method using charged fine particle water, which has sufficient effect on mold prevention, deodorization, removal of ethylene gas, moisture retention, and the like.SOLUTION: Dew is formed on a discharge electrode from the air in a storage room 4 for food products. A high voltage is applied to the discharge electrode with dew condensation for electrostatic atomization, so that charged fine particle water M having a nano-meter size and including active species is formed.
